Konstantin Valuiskii
I teach online Hatha yoga using the FYSM methodology, in English and Russian. We work on strength, mobility and attention, with room to ask questions and choose an accessible variation.
I’m a certified FYSM trainer. At YogaCraft, I want regular practice to fit into ordinary life: with work, family and days when there isn’t much time.

How I approach teaching
A clear sequence helps you learn familiar movements, notice details and gradually choose the right amount of effort. I value consistency and understanding what you’re doing more than a difficult pose at any cost.
FYSM was developed by Igor Kovalev. YogaCraft is my online club using this methodology; the FYSM school has its own training programmes and community. About the FYSM school ↗
Live classes and recordings
We meet live in Zoom. You can ask questions and receive feedback within the limits of what I can see through the camera. Recordings are available on the website and in the Telegram club, so you can practise at a convenient time.
The English- and Russian-speaking clubs have their own schedules. Check the current timetable and any breaks before choosing a live class. View the schedule →
Ideas beyond the mat
I write about choosing a yoga practice, meditation, attention and making time for yourself. My articles about meditation and burnout began as personal reflections on Habr; on this site, their original dates and sources are preserved.

Before practising, complete the intake form about your goals and limitations. You can then start your free seven days when you’re ready. The trial does not require a card or create a paid subscription automatically.
If you have questions about the format or want to discuss a limitation, message me before your first class.
